Rob Powell is an American
football, track and field athlete, and fitness and
conditioning coach. He is the four time World Record Holder, four time
World Fitness Champion, two Guinness World Records:
2001[1]
and 2002[2],
and two time World Fitness Champion (WFC) World Record Holder 2003[3]
and 2004 [4]
He trains elite military and law enforcement personnel in martial
arts, and has coached junior high, high school and college
athletes. He also trains top athletes, grandmothers, and people of every
fitness level in between, via his WFC World Fitness Champion Fitness Website.
Powell hosts a fitness social site, The WFC World Fitness Club, which caters to athletes, fans, schools, parents and anyone of every fitness level.

Early life
Powell grew up on a Ranch, in Dry Creek, Texas. Beginning his training at age 4, an avid martial artist, he has developed his own martial arts form, "Nok Beko". He graduated from W.H. Ford High School, South Plains College[5], and Texas Tech University[5].
