''....Got plans this Halloween? You could dress up like Hans and Franz and compete in the WORLD FITNESS CHAMPIONSHIPS.

On October 30-31, 2004, in Plano, Texas, at The Plano YMCA. It's a 24 Hour competition for the World's Best Fitness Athletes.

The events include, 2 Mile Swim, 10 Mile Run, 10 Mile Hike, 500 Pop-Ups, 500 Hanging Leg Lifts, 100 Mile Cycle, 20 Mile Row, 20 Mile Elliptical, 3,000 Crunches, and 300,000 Pounds of Weights, using Bench Press, Lat Pulls, Seated Rows, Triceps Extension, and Curls.

Event Promoter and 3 Time World Fitness Champion, and 3 Time World Record Holder (Guinness Certified), Rob Powell, did all this on October 25-26, 2003, to win last years event in 18 Hours, 36 Minutes and 15 Seconds, and he hopes to beat that time this year.

A 12 Hour women's event, called the WORLD FITNESS CHALLENGE, is scheduled for April 30, 2005.
